How do I sign up for classes? Can I see a schedule?

Do you offer a guarantee on your training?

A: We don’t offer a guarantee on training and we’d encourage you to be suspicious of anyone who does. Dogs are living, thinking creatures. Training results can vary based on a lot of factors, not all of which the trainer can control.

What we do offer are pro-rated refunds for unused class within one year of purchase, if you decide the training you purchased isnt for you. We also offer the option to retake any level of group classes for FREE within one year of the original class, and at a discounted rate after that. As far as we know, we are the only facility in the area that offers both of those options.

A: We do! We are happy to accept all sizes and breeds of dog in group classes or private sessions.
A: Nope! We’ve had dogs as old as 10 join classes. We definitely recommend starting as young as possible, but they are never too old to learn some new tricks!
A: YES! We welcome visitors and we want you to be comfortable bringing your dog for classes. We don’t have “regular” hours though and often we aren’t at the facility during the day. Training hours are by appointment rather than drop ins, so please contact us for times of ongoing classes that you can observe!
A: If your dog is aggressive to humans or other animals, group classes may not be right for them. Training can help though, so please contact us to see if we can help you, or to receive a referral to another trainer who can help.
A: We don’t. We will be happy to do a phone or email consult to answer questions about legalities and the process of getting or training a service dog. We are also happy to provide referrals to organizations or trainers who do work with service dogs.
